EstimateFlow provides marketing, lead generation, CRM, automation, follow-up, appointment booking, reporting, and consulting services for home service contractors and related businesses. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

4. No Guaranteed Results

EstimateFlow may provide marketing, advertising, lead generation, CRM, automation, and business growth services. While we work to help clients improve visibility, generate qualified inquiries, increase follow-up speed, and support business growth, we do not guarantee specific results.

Results may vary based on many factors, including market conditions, service area, competition, offer quality, advertising budget, sales process, response time, pricing, client participation, seasonality, and other factors outside our control.

Any examples, case studies, testimonials, estimates, projections, or performance information are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future results.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, responding to leads in a timely manner, maintaining required licenses or insurance, complying with applicable laws, and delivering their own services to customers.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving advertising content, landing pages, follow-up messages, automation workflows, and other materials when requested.

If a client uses third-party platforms such as advertising networks, CRMs, phone systems, calendars, analytics tools, or payment processors, the client is responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms, policies, and billing requirements.

6. Advertising Accounts and Budgets

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advertising budgets are paid directly by the client to the applicable advertising platforms, such as Meta, Google, or other platforms. Advertising spend is separate from EstimateFlow service fees.

Advertising platform approval, ad delivery, costs, performance, account restrictions, and policy enforcement are controlled by the applicable advertising platforms and are not guaranteed by EstimateFlow.

7. Payments, Fees, and Billing

Service fees, setup fees, monthly fees, advertising management fees, or other charges will be described in a separate proposal, invoice, checkout page, service agreement, or written communication.

By purchasing services, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the agreed billing schedule. Fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late payments, failed payments, or unpaid balances may result in paused services, delayed deliverables, suspension of campaigns, or termination of services.

8. Month-to-Month Services and Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, EstimateFlow services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel ongoing services according to the cancellation terms stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, or written communication.

Cancellation does not remove responsibility for fees already incurred, completed work, outstanding balances, advertising spend, or any non-refundable setup fees.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, website copy, graphics, workflows, systems, strategies, reports, designs, advertising materials, automations, and other work created by EstimateFlow remain the intellectual property of EstimateFlow unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may receive a limited right to use completed deliverables for their business while services are active or as otherwise described in a written agreement. EstimateFlow may revoke access to proprietary systems, templates, workflows, or materials if services are canceled, unpaid, misused, or otherwise terminated.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce our proprietary materials without written permission.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

EstimateFlow services may involve third-party platforms, tools, software, advertising networks, CRM systems, phone providers, analytics providers, calendar tools, or other services.

We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, pricing changes, outages, restrictions, account suspensions, data loss, or other issues caused by third-party platforms. Use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

11. SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your phone number and choosing to opt in to receive text messages from Inkley Creative Services, LLC DBA EstimateFlow, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry, services, appointments, follow-up, and, if separately selected, marketing and promotional communications.

Follow-up about EstimateFlow services

Customer support messages

Marketing or promotional messages, only when you separately opt in to receive them

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with EstimateFlow. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase. You may submit an inquiry or contact EstimateFlow without consenting to receive SMS marketing messages.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EstimateFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, lost business opportunities, advertising losses, data loss, or business interruption.

EstimateFlow’s total liability for any claim related to our website, services, communications, or these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by the client to EstimateFlow for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EstimateFlow, Inkley Creative Services, LLC, its owners, team members, contractors, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, your business operations, or your misuse of materials provided by EstimateFlow.
